-Handling Pump Installation & commissioning site activities, critical customer complaints, developing employee skills .

-Heading monthly CRM (Complaint Review Meetings) with Quality Control, Design and Manufacturing departments

-deciding CAPA to prevent reoccurrence of problems related to the products.

-Formulated systematic service training , Service-training modules, proper assessment of attendees vide written exams
and competency matrix for training of Company employees and Dealer Engineers.

-Developing logics for user friendly Software (CCRMS, CC, On-line billing), Mobile App for faster domestic services & implementing
them for improvisation of work efficiency & Service partner & Customer satisfaction.
-Developing service structure, AMC strategy & Installation & Service Manual for new project
-Organizing & presiding “Service Meets” of all India Service Engineers, wherein their current year performance achievement was
reviewed for appraisals & new targets were set for next year
