Urgently required for a Reputed Government Hospital in Qatar:
Education Requirements Bachelor degree from accredited institution in a relevant field. Masters degree is preferred.
Certification, license or training Requirements Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince 2, is required. Certification in Health care Management is highly desirable.
Experience & Knowledge Minimum 10-12 years of professional experience in relevant field
At least 8-10 years of experience managing projects preferably in health care environment
In depth understanding of program and project management techniques
Awareness of International practices in Healthcare Management
A broad range experience in managing, leading various types of projects e.g. small, medium to large projects
Experience of creating and maintaining technical reports/documentation
Experience of developing project documentation business cases, project initiation documents
Strong experience developing and monitoring KPIs
Experience of working on a number of projects at the same time
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders, often with competing interests
Understanding of the Health sector and knowledge of Qatar National Health Strategy
Advanced problem solving abilities
Strong Customer Service /communication skills & Detail oriented
Ability to work with and relate to internal and external stakeholder
