Our client one of the major MNC is looking for PROJECT HEAD -(GC ) SOUTH INDIA- BUILDING PROJECT (HIGH VALUE) MORE THAN 1000 CR.
OVERSEAS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN A CONTRACTING COMPANY IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE – BUILDING PROJECT HEAD
PROJECT BUILDING PROJECT – AT LEAST 2 PROJECTS HANDLED STATING TO END.
2. To ensure compliance with quality specification and ISO procedures.
3. To ensure cost compliance within budget and improved margins.
4. To ensure compliance with safety manual and safety action plan specific to the project.
5. To motivate staff and develop the team.
6. To maintain good customer relations.
7. To maintain good relations with local bodies and surrounding community ,To ensure completion of Project in time
VI. Review all major Nominated Sub Contractor (NSC) by client, VIII. To facilitate site infrastructure plan and client approval of the same.
Coordination with all civil/ MEP work activities including finishes, Façade, interior fit outs etc. , To ensure implementation as per accepted schedule.
. To ensure proper contractual documentation and correspondence. ,. To maintain records of delays and getting time extension from client if required. I. To facilitate the preparation of pre start budget and obtain approval.
. To monitor cost per unit. . To control the wastage of all the materials. To communicate the cost and specification to purchase departments for control. To identify extra work and obtain approval and payment from client.
To ensure compliance with safety manual and safety action plan specific to the project, maintain good customer relations. 1. Internal: RGM, Accounts and Finance, Management representative for ISO, HR and Admin, Mechanical, Planning, Tendering, Purchase, Business Development, MEP.
2. External: Clients Architects and Consultants, PMCs, local bodies, Joint venture, Partners
