• Handle day to day transactions related to HR services e.g. onboarding formalities, background screening, exit formalities, HRMS data changes, issuance of letters, handle employee queries, attend to divisions data or information requirement connected with HR or payroll inputs, processing employee or personal data related changes in necessary documents, files and systems
• Need to work with new joiners and guide them on joining formalities and statutory forms for a pleasant onboarding experience by supporting them
• Coordinate internally within HR verticals and/or divisions towards performing duties
• Project coordinator for any assignments tasked to achieve
