We have an urgent requirement for Customer Care Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for servicing customers over the phone on various products and services offered by Bank.
Maintaining good service levels and cross-sell bank products via call
Handling 80-100 calls on a daily basis
Adhering to timelines and maintaining discipline on the floor.

Skills Required:

Basic Computer knowledge
The ability to work in a team environment
Excellent Communication Skills ( English & Hindi is Mandatory )

Qualification: Any Fresh Graduate.
Location: Gachibowli, Abids & Uppal.

Working Days:5 days

Venue: Obtenir Solutions Pvt Ltd. #504, 5th Floor, Chaitanya Chambers, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad.
Landmark: Besides HP petrol bunk or near Chaitanyapuri Metro station.
