Other Incentives:
a) Outpatient Incentive – 50% of the consultation fee for every new consultation above 30 per day will be paid to the consultant as an incentive.
b) Inpatient Incentive – Short consultation allowance of MRF.50.00 (Fifty Rufiyaa only) for every admitted patient per day under the consultant will be paid to the consultant.
c) Procedure Incentive- 15% of cost of every TMT, Echocardiography and Angiography conducted by doctor will be paid as incentive.
Terms and Conditions:
Employment Contract : 2 years and renewanble
Probationary Period: 3 months
Accommodation: Furnished Accommodation provided by the company
Food Allowance: MRF 1500.00
Annual Leave: 30 days on completion of one full year of employment
Air Ticket: Joining Air ticket will be reimbursed after completion of one year and another one on completion of two years.
Working Hours:8 hours/day, 6 days/week
