• Ideal candidate must be from Recruitment / Staffing or IT Consulting industry, with minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Account Management / Client services in IT Consulting or Staffing.
• Define and implement strategies to Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing and new clients for Themesoft.
• Good Experience in managing MSP / VMS & Implementation Partners like (CTS, HCL, Infosys, TechM, Mpahsis) is required.
• Must have experience in Client Management and a proven inpidual track record in staffing sales.
• Must have Client facing capabilities, and be able to directly interact with Clients for gathering new requirements, follow up on Submittals, interviews and placements.
• Any experience with Technical background with Management studies would be an added advantage.
• Must have good communicator (Written & oral), team building, Leadership, presentation skills.
• Occasional travel to client locations would be required
