• Develop and execute Applicator strategy for recruitment, development, training for the regional business development and sustainability.

• Responsible for providing solution to end customer / Key accounts thru’ effective Liasoning with all Sales/marketing/specification personnel for any Applicator led initiative / solution to the end customer

• Responsible for Implementing all Strategic and Marketing/Portfolio actions as identified including New product launch actions & coordination for marketing seminars

• Liaise with Central Marketing and ensure all L2/L3 training programmes for Applicators are effectively implemented and ensure applicators have the required tools to address the market need..

• Provide support to GMs and sales leadership teams on customer complaint solutions for all non-admixture portfolios.

• Lead and implement CSR activities for the region in consultation with the General Manager and Central Marketing.

• Be a key part of the Non-Admixtures business group on portfolio utilisation, and contribute effectively towards improving the business, appropriate training of Sales personnel where appropriate.

• Support the General Manager, in key account meetings and relationships, supporting the sales community and specifications teams, in developing appropriate selling strategies.

• Input effective Market intelligence based on interaction with Applicators, and Key Accounts, be it New Products, or Offerings or Commercial terms.

• Sample audit of Mega/Major projects for effective use of our application methodology in line with Technical data sheets

• Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety are being followed by our Applicators including storage of RMs, and disposal of packaging after use.

• Ensure best practise in Applications including joint measurement with Key Accounts and periodic inspections for Mega/Major projects are effectively carried out.

• Develop Building Segment strategy for execution particularly for Waterproofing. – RSM Building Segment?

• Lead Marketing implementation of Launch Action plans for non-admixture business in direct consultation to the RSM, Specification teams, General Manager and the Central Marketing function

• Lead the Technical Services function for the region, helping in customer complaint resolution for all non-admixture portfolio

• Lead and develop/maintain Fosroc Experience Studio post approval of relevant Internal Finance Memo’s. Effective use of such studio in helping train and manage Applicators / Distributor and Key Account personnel as appropriate.

• Gather information on and evaluate competitive products, policies and strategies to refine the company’s sales strategy in each product segment.

• Assist central technical team in carrying out relevant technical product seminars and workshops both internally and outside to facilitate marketing initiatives. Participate and present technical papers in national and international seminars/symposia.

• Provide specialist product / marketing support to the regions through presentations, seminars, technical papers etc.
