Process Control Engineer
Responsibilities
• Experienced with Programmable Controllers (PLC’s) of different manufacturers (Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE, Modicon/Schneider, Omron, etc.), including PLC based control panels and systems.
• Experienced with distributed controls (DCS’s) of different manufacturers (Honeywell, Foxboro, Bailey, ABB) as well as the single loop controllers, analog & digital as well as old pneumatic systems and some industrial grade computers, HMI’s etc.
• Experienced with SIS triple redundant systems for critical applications like Triconex and Honeywell.
• Experienced with Intools system and SPI (Smart Plant Instrumentation) for all I&C deliverables.
• Experienced in plant wide fiber-optic communication network, including upgrades solutions, and SCADA
• Familiar with CAD programs (AutoCAD, Micro station, Intools) and some computer programs (basic, C, visual basic etc.).
Qualifications
• Broad experience in the field of advanced process control, real-time optimization, process simulation and DCS engineering in Crude Oil Refinery, including DCS integration
• Wide knowledge of fundamentals of chemical process engineering, process control, reaction engineering and thermodynamics.
• 10 years of minimum years of experience
