Job Description:

Primary job responsibilities

• Provide application of technical/ functional skills to assist our customers and partners to create and implement successful and innovative solutions that run, manage and optimize key business processes while decreasing costs and inefficiencies.

• Provide direction for application development exercises of average complexity and team lead to other consultants at client site.

• Managing middleware products/environments including new installations, upgrades, maintenance and tuning, monitoring and capacity planning.

• Create dB design which provide optimization, security and performance.

• Gather information that will be recorded in database. Divide information into tables/Forms.

Set up table/Forms relationships. Refine and enhance design. Apply normalization rules to ensure tables are structured correctly. Follow W3C programming standards to address accessibility guidelines.

• Develop structural design of various systems, applications, and databases for custom database-driven website.

• Coordinate information systems with program objectives.

• Code, document, and test programs.

• Create data migration/conversion techniques for system conversions or upgrades.

• Assist organizational members and clients with database-driven websites, network, database, and application training and technical support.

• Assist staff with internal systems, applications, and databases, including developing procedures, forms, and other organizational tools.

• Evaluating customer’s processes and developing methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years’ experience Managing middleware products/environments including migration

• Business Analysis skills & Strong Agile experience

• Experience of working in Middleware projects

• Experience of project coordination and communicating with multiple stakeholders

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with SOA / API

• Enterprise middleware solutions such as ETL, ESB, BPM, BRMS

• WebSphere Application Server, Jboss, IIS and Tomcat

• Engineering MQ & Data modeling
