What you’ll do:
As an Analyst, you will be part of the WW Fixed Assets Operations Team supporting Asset Owners, Entity Controllers, Engineering, Asset Management System (AMS) IT and various other functions across Cisco to ensure that everyone is in compliance with the Fixed Asset requirements.
In this role, youll support the Fixed Assets Ops team in reviewing the e-mail questions /queries from asset owners. In addition, responsibilities will include the following:
- Assist FA Ops team in following up with asset owners on fixed assets compliance
- Assist with data for physical inventory fixed asset audits
- Document processes, and maintain operations manual
- Perform reconciliations and ad hoc analysis as needed
- Monthly review of asset transfers, retirements and disposal
- Support Fixed Assets projects and initiative
- Will include other duties as new business models are developed
Who you are:
- Knowledge of Fixed Assets accounting
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance with 3-5 years of experience
