As a Lead Recruiter you have to Gather the requirements from Account Mangers / Managers
Should analyse the requirement.
Share the requirements to team members and work independently .
Source the right profiles from Job Boards and Social Media.
Screen the profiles by calling the candidates.
Screening the profiles shared by Team members.
Submit the profiles to the Account Managers / Lead with in Given Turn Around time
Scheduling the candidates based on the screen selects from the customer.
Followup with candidates and keep update to the Account Mangers / Mangers.
Collecting the all necessary documents from the candidates and submit to the Account Mangers / Managers for selected candidates.
Negotiate the salaries according to the budget given by the Account Manager / Managers .
Coordinate with HR Head to release offer letter.
Do followup with candidates from offer acceptance to till Onboarding.
Resolving the queries of the candidates post Onboarding.
Mentoring the team in right direction to get the Quality profiles.
