Roles & Responsibilities

Develop a Global Finance systems design, plan and configure solutions to enable corporate strategic objectives and drive business value, Experience in FICO Implementation, Roll outs, Support, Hana Migration, Upgrade

Ability steer growth in organization by participating in Pre-Sales, Demoes, delivering projects by managing cross functional teams.

Facilitate in implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.)

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.

Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems

Document functional designs, test cases and results.

Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

Act as a liaison between the business team and the technical team.

Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Requirements:

Should be a Solution Architect with hands-on experience in SAP FICO with S/4 HANA experience.

Should have strong Domain experience of Finance functions

Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.

Experience and Knowledge in SAP Public Sector Financials (Fund Accounting, Grantee Accounting) is a plus

Experience TRM is a plus

Experience in leading system implementations and upgrades and working on global IT application projects

Must have 15+ plus years of experience in SAP with hands on experience in SAP solutions.

Must have led functional teams in implementation projects

Must possess excellent communication skills

Must have an eligible degree in financial accounting
