Job Title Associate
Aim of Position To Provide Pre agreed Compliance oriented Services to all clients
Key Accountabilities 1. Deliver Correct and appropriate reports to clients as per pre-agreed schedule
2. Obtain client approvals for ad hoc jobs and ensure proper documentation of the same
3. Ensure proper billing and collection of outstanding for adhoc services
4. Coordinate with internal department for all corporate actions
5. Client Visit
Responsibilities
-Technical 1. Billing data is input properly & in time.
2. Computer data & files are stored in the proper folders with standard file naming protocol.
Key Success Indicators 1. Clients’ feedback
2. Quarterly SEBI reports without any deviations
3. Debtors under 90 days
Reporting Relationship AVP Client Relations
Qualifications :Post Graduate in Commerce
Capabilities Reqd Domain knowledge, fair communication & proactive approach
Interaction With IT, Accounts, Despatch, Authority Level
