Position title :- Unit Manager / Agency Manager / Sr. Agency Manager

Profile :-Please find Job description for the position Agency Manager -:

1. Building Agency – Identify and recruit potential advisors (Ex: House Wife, 1. Retired Person, Students, Any Family Members, Unemployed etc). 

2. Driving Sales – Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.

3. Manage team performance and productivity – Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.

4. Leadership – Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.

5. Mentoring and Training – Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors” performance.

6. Involves attending sales calls (outside the office), 

 

Work Exp : 1 year and above field sales experience. (It can be from CASA/Credit Card/Pharma/Telecom/Retail/FMCG etc..) , Pl ensure that the shared candidate has min 1 year and above field sales exp with average comms in English and local language is a must. 

Should be 21-33 years old with expert knowledge of the field .

Own vehicle mandatory

Should be Graduate
