· Civil & Structural knowledge in Industrial plant design.
· Knowledge of Concrete detailing, MTO reporting are must and knowledge of plant infrastructure (roads/paving/UG systems) design is added advantage,
· Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, codes and standards.
· Hands on experience of producing 3D modeling (BIM) and associated drawings in REVIT Structures.
· Ability to use Model review /clash detection tools e.g. Navis Works.
· Experience of project set-up, customization according to project requirements, family creation, guiding other team members and routine trouble shooting in Revit environment.
· Familiar with current BIM standards and should be able to work minimum with LOD 300.
Skill Sets
· Expert/ specialist in REVIT for industrial structures (foundations and concrete structures/ building) & infrastructure design
Software Tools & Technology
Proficiency – Autodesk Revit Structure, AutoCAD, Navisworks, & MS Office.
Familiarity – MicroStation 2D, Revit Architecture, ArchiCAD.
Target Industries
EPC companies, engineering firms involved in process plant design & buildings design, managing overseas and Local industrial projects.
Key Role & Responsibilities
· Project set up in Revit, Preparation of 3D models and associated Drawings.
· Coordination with other disciplines e.g. Architecture, Piping, E&I etc.
· Manage interface of Revit model with other platforms e.g. SP3D.
· To lead in the process of developing and set up BIM standards across projects
· To develop and maintain REVIT content libraries through creation of families, etc.
· Managing outsourced work packages – Support preparation of inquiry documents, reviewing of the outsourced Deliverables / 3D models (will be added advantage).
· Participate in project planning and schedule development
